Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we offer PayPal only, but have plans to include other payment methods in the near future.

 

Can I adjust my order once completed?

If you notice a mistake on your order such as an incorrect address or size please get in touch with us at info@ezelle.co. If your package has already shipped we cannot make changes but up until that point, we will do our best to adjust any issues.
 

Do you offer gift cards?

If you would like to purchase store credit as a gift please get in touch at info@ezelle.co as whilst we dont currently offer this option we are working on it.

 

Where is my order?

My item doesnt look how I imagined it would. Can I return it?

Items should be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

In relation to our clothing range we are always striving to develop our products to help women look and feel their best. Please do not hesitate to get in touch at info@ezelle.co with any feedback about how our products look and feel and any recommendations on how we can improve.

 

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
This depends, as we are a boutique collection we change our range frequently and do not hold large quantities of back stock of old designs. However, some lines sell out quickly and we do reproduce items that are particularly popular. Send details of the item you wish to order to info@ezelle.co and if it is on its way we will reserve one for you.

 

How do I care for my clothing items?

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our clothes and want our items to be worn and enjoyed for a long time. See our Care Instructions on our product pages for full details on how to ensure you get the best from your piece.

 

What material are your products made from?

Our current clothing and home decor ranges are 100% silk.

Our future stationary range (launching in 2020) will be made from 100% eco friendly paper.

We will always try our best to source fabrics and other materials from nature as opposed to 100% man-made materials.

 

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes, we source our packaging from an eco-friendly and sustainable supplier based in Europe. We will also never use plastic in our packaging. If you would like to know more about where we source our packaging, please do not hesitate to email us at info@ezelle.co

We partner with some amazing charities and support the work that they do.
