Shipping & Returns Policy

 
We ship orders between 1-5 days of confirmation. Domestic shipping (within the UK) usually takes 1-7 business days, international shipments can take anywhere from 2-30 days.

 

Once an order is placed we will send you two emails. An order confirmation and dispatch confirmation email. If we foresee any hold ups or delays with your order we will contact you via email to let you know how this will affect your delivery time.

 

If your order has not arrived after the outlined times please contact us at info@ezelle.co with your order number and we can track your order status.

 

Please note that we accept no responsibility for packages if they go missing once they have been delivered to the address provided to us.

 

If you wish to return an item you must notify us via email at info@ezelle.co within 28 days of the date of purchase (this is extended to 42 for international orders). We will provide details of where to send the item and how your refund will be processed or, if an alternative item is available for replacement.

 

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.

 

Items are classified as faulty when they are not fit for purpose or as described on delivery. Returned items must be received by us in their original state including any tags or labels attached, to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Certain international countries charge customs fees which we do not cover. If you refuse to pay customs we cannot issue a refund until the package has been returned back to us, which can take up to 60 days.
